Osaka and Kyoto

I HAVE INTERNET!!! me and my host dad figured it out :D

Anyways
so on the 19th me and Elitsa took the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Shin-Osaka,
we found the subway and rode it to the next stop where our hotel was..
lugging around two suitcases was NOT fun -.-;

once we arrived Elitsa had a shower, and I shaved my legs hahahaha, and we changed into cooler clothing cause osaka was even more humid then tokyo ):
so then Elitsa wrote a letter to Kimeru, and off to the Kimeru concert we went
now, I had noo idea who Kimeru was except that he sang in the Prince of Tennis musicals hahaha and i knew his You got Game song but i acutally didn't know he was the one who sang it, (cause it came out when i was stil into anime in grade 9ish)
anyways so then we found the club where it was held (they do not ID you in japan hahaha)
and I thought it was a really good concert,
Kimeru is a good singer, and hes really cuute, and since it was at a REALLY small club we were able to like interact a bit which was cool, although me and elitsa couldn't understand everything he was saying haha.
so ya then elitsa found someone who would give Kimeru her letter after the concert and back we went to the hotel (wow my post abou the concert looks so lame compared to Elitsa's like 10 milllion paragraphs ahahhaa)

So ya thats when my computer broke, cause i went to watch a DVD I bought and the cd drawer wouldn't open T___T
annyways so after elitsa wouldn't go back to the convience store with me (HMPF! hAhahaha) we went to bed
next morning we got up and met our host parents in the lobby~ and our program co-ordinatior who gave us our scholarship money and money for our train passes

My host dad looks REALLY young haha when talking to elitsa about it today, it seems we thought the same thing when he walked in the hotel "THATS my host dad?!" hahahahah he looks like 20 years old (and hes kinda hot butt yaaa :P!)
anyways soo...
We went to my hosue and I met my host mom who is AWESOME
I also have two host brotehrs, Reo (Ray-oh) who is 4 and Jouji (joe-ji) who is 15 months
they are both reeeally cute and both love me haha
acutally my host mom was really surprised cause usually jouji doesn't like new people but right away he was like approaching me and now (its been almost a week i guess) hes like, letting me hold him and stuff like that~

so ya the past few days i just spent getting to know my family a bit
i took reo to kindergarden with my host mom everymorning, and  met al the neighbors which was cool
the city im staying is a lot like port mcneill hahaha
my host mom said everyone knows everyone and it can get annoying sometimes cause veeryones so nosey haha
i was like Thats what my town is like! so ya
i really love my host mom, shes so nice and since she speaks english we have been able to build a really strong relationship already without there being any awkward language barriars
but dont worry i still speak japanese to my host dad and brothers :P

On wednesday I met up with my penpal, Azusa!
shes awesome, she lived in the states for like 10 years so her english is perfect so again, its nice because we can build a really strong relationship haha we spoke in a mix of japanese and english tho hehe
but we were at this book store and the guy was like IRASHAIMASE (welcome) and then he saw me and was like "oh welcome to my book shop!" (sooo cute haha) and then hes like "where are you from?" and im like "canada!" and he was like "ooooh well please let me know if you need anything" his english was realyl good! haha then later when we were leaving hes like (to my friend) "nihonjin desuka?" (are you japanese?) bahaha because we were talking in english and her english is so good he thought she was forgien, she said this happens alot! hahaha

oh, also I met my host moms family!
because they live just up the road
so acutally I've spend a lot of time over at their house
it's her mom, and dad and grandma (shes 83!)
and they are all really great
also her two brothers :)
one of her brothres is gunna take me arund kyoto tomorrow with someone else who is here ...from america I think?
anyways ya.
also he works at doshisha highschool which is on the same campus as doshisha college so if i need helps hes there (:
